Rental Pricing

Venue Only (includes basic white/black tablecloths, colored cheesecloth table runners, tables, chairs, event space up to 50 guests)

  • 4 hours $300.00 Weekdays/ $400.00 Weekends

  • 5 hours $400.00 Weekdays/ $500.00 Weekends

  • 6 hours $500.00 Weekdays/ $600.00 Weekends

  • All Day $800.00 Weekdays/ $1000.00 Weekends

Photography Rental (Includes the venue and any in-house props or bring your own set)

  • $75/hour

  • $150/2 hours (Prefer weekday M-F bookings)

  • Access to ALL in-house props/decor $75.00 (vases, wooden highchair, 4ft baby blocks, vintage pink chair, metal stand for banners/balloons, drink dispensers, neon light signs, Bluetooth speaker, chalk board easel, metal easel for custom sign, gift/card sign, card box, candle holders, lanterns)

  • Highchair rental $20.00

  • 4 ft Baby Blocks rental $20.00

  • Custom calligraphy written on chalkboard sign $20.00

  • Custom Cookies (made to order and delivered to venue prior to start time) $50.00/Dozen

  • Cupcakes/Cake-pops (Request flavor will be delivered to venue prior to start time) $35.00/Dozen

  • Charcuterie Cups (made to order and will be ready prior to event time) $9.00/Per Person

  • Grazing Table (includes an array of artisanal cheeses, gourmet cured meats, fresh fruits and veggies, nuts, crackers, and breads, alongside an assortment of dips, spreads, and sweet treats. Made to order and will be ready prior to event time) $16.50/Per Person

  • Custom Banner (Hand painted and made to order- proof will be provided prior to event) $65.00

  • Paint Party Session (Perfect for girls' night out! Max 35 people, includes supplies and instructor led step by step paint session) Pricing varies, but typically runs $40-$47/per person.

Please note that a $100.00 deposit is required for booking to hold your reservation, the deposit is in addition to the total and will be returned to you after the conclusion of your event if the venue is found in good condition. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation, your booking deposit will be held for late cancellation.
